Everyday Enchantment Bookmark

Today's quick and easy craft idea is a magnetic bookmark made from Everyday Enchantment Designer Series Paper from the 2012 Sale-A-Bration Catalog.  This paper is my favorite!

 

Enchantment Bookmark! 

 

Foundation - I started with Poppy Parade CS (119793) that I die cut with the Two Tag Bigz Die (11595)

Layer 1 - I cut the Everyday Enchantment Designer Series Paper (127279 Sala-A-Bration Catalog) to fit just inside of the Two Tag Bigz Die and rounded the corners using the 3/16" Corner Punch (119871)

Layer 2 - I punched out a 1 3/4" Scallop Circle in Poppy Parade and layered a 1 3//8" Circle Punch (119860) of Everyday Enchantment Designer Series Paper. I added a brad from the Everyday Enchantment Ribbon & Brad Pack (127279 Sale-A-Bration Catalog)

Layer 3 - The butterfly was die cut from the Beautiful Butterflies Bigz Die (114507) on Everyday Enchantment Paper.

Emblishments - The butterfly was attached with Stampin' Dimensionals (104430). I also added small magnetic to make this a magnetic bookmark.

Mojo Monday Bordering On Romance

I love to do the challenges at Mojo Monday when I get a chance.  So today's card is one that I did using the Bordering On Romance stamp set from the 2012 Occasions Mini. 

 CREATE

Card Foundation - Whisper White CS (100730)

Layer 1 - Wisteria Wonder CS (122922)

Layer 2 - This layer consists of two sheets from the Specialty Designer Series Paper - Sweet Shop (125408) in the 2012 Occasions Mini

Layer 3 - The stamp set is Bordering On Romance (w125480 c125482). I stamped this image in StazOn Black Ink (101406) because I wanted to watercolor the flowers using Wisteria Wonder (122931) and Lucky Limeade (122930) reinkers. I used our Aqua Painter (103954) to color in my flowers. After the watercoloring had dried I added Dazzling Details (124117) and Basic Pearl Jewels (119247)

Greeting - The greeting for this card is from the Loving Thoughts stamp set (w125843 c125845) in the 2012 Occasions Mini stamped in Classic Basic Gray Ink (109120). And adorned with three Basic Pearl Jewels.

Embellishments -  I add our 3/8" Ruffled Ribbon in Wisteria Wonder (122973) and tied a simple knot on the corner of the card. The layer of Specialty Designer Series Paper - Sweet Shop was created using the Scallop Trim Border Punch (118402)

Happiest Birthday Wishes!

Our card for today, Happiest Birthday Wishes, was one of my original swaps for Leadership, but when I went to die cut the Framelit for the Apothecary Art greeting, I had cut 66 of the larger Framelit before I realized what I had done.  It worked out for the best because I did not want to tie 66 bows.  Bows are not my friend, we don't work well together.

Card Foundation - Very Vanilla CS (101650)

Layer 1- Very Vanilla CS with the Houndstooth Textured Impressions Embossing Folder (123134).  I LOVE this folder!

Layer 2 - I used the 1/2" Seam Binding Ribbon in Very Vanilla (120999) on this card.

Layer 3- Very Vanilla CS cut out with the Label Collections Framelit (125598). I stamped the greeting first and then die cut the Framelit.

Greeting - Apothecary Art from the 2012 Occasions Mini (w125525 c 125527)

Embellishments -  All layers of this card are adhered using Stampin' Dimensionals (104330). When you use one of the Textured Impressions Embossing Folder it is best to use Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere it to your card because you won't run the risk of damaging the impression from the embossing.

P.S. I Love You Card...It's All About the Hearts!

The P. S. I Love You stamp set from the 2012 Occasions Mini is a great stamp set for making Valentine's Cards. The card for today features hearts with glitz!

From My Heart To Yours!

Card Foundation  - Real Red CS (102482)

Layer 1 - Pretty In Pink CS (124288) with random stamping for the P.S. I Love You stamp set (w125460 c125462) in Classic Real Red Ink (103133)

Layer 2 - Rea Red CS

Layer 3 - Pretty In Pink CS with a greeting from the P.S. I Love You stamp set and a heart punched from Red Glimmer Paper (121790) using the Small Heart Punch (117913)

Layer 4 -It's all about the hearts!The first heart was die cut from the Scalloped Heart of Hearts Embosslits Die (117332), on top of that heart is a heart punched out of Whisper White CS (100730) using one of the hearts from the Hearts Collection Framelits (125599  2012 Occasion Mini). And the last heart is punched out of Pretty In Pink CS stamped with an image from the P.S. I Love You stamp set in Real Red ink, and then embossed with Iridescent Ice Stampin' Embossing Powder(101930) using a VersaMark Ink Pad (102283) and a Heat Tool (100005). Hearts one and two were attached to heart one using Stampin' Dimensionals (104430)

Embellishments- The hearts on the bottom of the card were created using the Adorning Accents Edgelits Die (125595), the ribbon is 3/8" pleated Satin Ribbon in Riding Hood Red (125570) both from the 2012 Occasion Mini.

ALL die cutting was done using the Big Shot Die Cutting Machine (113439)!  It's a must have for every crafter's toy chest!

Mixed Bunch Card

Today's card is one that I made at Leadership a couple of weeks ago.  It's from the Mixed Bunch stamp set.  I made two of these cards, one for me and the other was donated to the Ronald McDonald House Charities.

Mixed Bunch Thank You Card!

Card Foundation - Daffodil Delight CS (119683)

Layer 1 - I used Whisper White CS (100730) and stamped one of the large flowers from the Mixed Bunch stamp set (w125535 c125537) stamped in Classic Daffodil Delight Ink (119667). The bottom half of this layer is a piece of Wild Wasabi CS (108641) stamped with one of the small flowers from the Mixed Bunch stamp set also stamped in Wild Wasabi ink (109014).  The shape for the  Poppy Parade (119793) strip of card stock was created using the Scallop Edge Border Punch (119882) and stamped with one of the smaller flowers from the same stamp set and stamped in Poppy Parade (119782). This layer was adhered to my card using Stampin' Dimesionals (104430).

Layer 2 - Two of these large flowers were punched out of Whisper White CS (100730) using the Blossom Punch (125603 - 2012 Occasion Mini). Each petal was sniped three times with the Paper Snips (103579).  On top of that flower is a flower embellishment from the Designer Printed Kit (125410 - 2012 occasion Mini), and that embellishment is adorned with a 5/8" double circle button in Daffodil Delight Button from the Brights Designer Buttons (127714) in the 2012 Occasions Mini. The two flowers were connected using Dimesionals. 

Greeting - The "Thanks" is from one of the stamps in the Thank You Kindly stamp sets (111700).  I used a Wild Wasabi Marker (120975) and colored in only the "Thanks" on the stamp that reads Kind Thanks.  It was adhered to my card using Snail Adhesive (104331)

Everyday Enchantment Butterfly Card!

I love the SAB Everyday Enchantment Designer Series Paper!  It really does have an elegance to it with a touch of distressing.  I think that's why I like it so much.  I think you'll see this paper a lot during Sale-A-Bration!  The card that I did for us today is one of my favorites! If you like this card too, leave me a comment.  I'd love to hear from you.

Vintage Butterfly Card!

Card Foundation - Calypso Coral CS (122925)

Layer 1- Everyday Enchantment (SAB) DSP (126154)

Layer 2- "So Grateful" greeting is from the Apothecary Art stamp set (SAB) (w 125525 c125527), die cut with the Label Collections Framelits Die (125598 -2012 Occasions Mini), and stamped in Classic Soft Suede Ink (115657)

Layer 3 -The first butterfly was die cut with the Beautiful Butterflies Bigz Die (114507) using Poppy Parade CS (119793), the second butterfly was die cut with the same die using the Everyday Enchantment DSP, the butterflies are adhered together with a Dimensional (104430), and placed on top of Everyday Enchantment DSP that was die cut with the Scalloped Squares Duo Bigz Die (120903) with attached Snail adhesive (104332)

Embellishments - The top butterfly was adorned with Basic Pearl Jewels (199247)

ALL die cutting for this card was done with the Big Shot Die Cutting Machine (113439)
